Viagem are looking to maintain their unbeaten run as they welcome Jihlava at home

The region’s football weekend will feature a packed programme, but the main focus will be on Friday’s match between our first team and Vysočina Jihlava. Viagem’s reserve team will also get their chance, as they look to build on their impressive result from the last round.
Another football weekend is upon us, and with it comes a packed programme of matches across the region. Whilst there are several interesting derbies in store for fans at the lower levels, it is our first team’s home match that rightly deserves the most attention.
On Friday at 6.00 pm, Viagem will host Jihlava at the Municipal Stadium in Vysočina. Coach David Oulehla’s side will go into the match with a clear objective – to remain unbeaten and secure at least second place in the Chance National League table. This is one of the main highlights of the entire weekend in the region, and our players will be keen to build on the form they have shown recently.
Viagem’s reserves will also get their chance to shine, playing on their home turf. The reserves could once again rely on the support of several players from the first team, much like in the previous round, when this combination paid off – our reserves secured their first win of the season away at Meteor. If this approach proves successful again this time, it could be the key to more points for the reserves.
So whilst the main focus is on the first team and their bid to remain unbeaten against Jihlava, the reserves’ performance will also be an important indication that quality runs through all the club’s teams.
